Pros
Very nice office with snacks, and there used to be a 15 min free massage every week (but superiors tend to disapprove waisting time on that, so the question is "why introduce this benefit if you are against it?)
Cons
Such toxicity is rarely seen in a workplace. Blame culture. Management changes strategy every couple of months, if not more often than that. Snobby.. If you are a junior, you should do your best to charm people around you and to get your superior's approval. If you're a mid-senior and just want to do your job...well, you better become a part of "the family" if you want to remain there.
