There's lots of other great things - world class scientists, serial entrepreneur founder, really great teams, great focus as a company, and a well-defined roadmap. But for me the biggest pro is the vision and a belief that we can do it. Since joining I've watched the company gain more focus, and the vision crystallize with time. The roadmap is fleshed out, and we're looking to continue growing to accomplish our vision
