      Pros

      Fantastic management, willing to work with and mentor employees, and implement changes to programs' structure. Flexibility of pay and PTO is great. However...

      Cons

      If you are not financially secure to handle layoffs and work around unemployment until they can bring you back aboard, this may not be the job for you. Management is willing to send employees abroad (intercontinental or overseas) for work, but if you have responsibilities at home, you may miss out on those opportunities.

      Small Company that allows you to support the customers needs. Work environment is nice and professional. Bonuses and Health plans. Raise every year.
