No company is perfect, which we all realize and unfortunately Q1Media is no exception. The top 3 areas are:
- Lack of growth: Management/HR have their favorites and its seen without question. The majority of deserving employees are constantly overlooked for promotions, bonuses, raises, etc. They are very misleading and spout false promises to employees on the above items.
- Lack of professionalism: There are some managers who could stand to attend a leadership class (or 5) and HR leads in unprofessional examples.
- Lack of Company Direction: Its a competitive industry and Q1 seems to be falling behind. Changes are constant and inconsistent.
