Wonderful culture with great work-life balance and support - Operations Q2 Management Employee Review

Q2 is a company heavily rooted in core values that they stick to with the decisions they make. While I was there I always felt that I had everything I needed to be successful and the best version of myself I could be. I have 2 young kids and family that lives out of state, they empowered me to be present with my family and created as good of a work life balance as they could. In my time there I never felt over-worked, cast aside, or taken advantage of as I have in other places. The management team went above and beyond to make me feel valued and important.

Sometimes with offices stretched across many states, there can be breakdowns in communication that can be frustrating at times. To their credit, they will work effortlessly to remedy the situation and figure out a solution to not let it happen again.

Q2 offers a great culture full of kind people who want to help each other thrive and become the best version of themselves. Ben and Kenny in the Chattanooga office have been very helpful in getting settled in and have been willing to answer questions and help in all aspects of the job
