Ive been here almost 2 months now, one more month of training to go. The environment is laid back as long as you do the work. There are a new group of recruits starting every month, and welcome work drinks every month on QAs tab. You don't start on your own, you start along with 10 to 30 other people, so you are surrounded by others in the same boat as you. Accomodation and bills paid for during the training. This is a great way to get your foot in the door of IT.

Training is unpaid, but its still worth it.
