- great working atmosphere and team personalities. - managers are very supportive and I feel that they truly believe in me (and they tell me so!) - I have freedom to complete the role in my own style, no pressure to conform. I'm in sales, my approach is a little different but they support me in finding the ways that I'm happy and confident. - we have lots of lunches (delivered and out), nights out, I'm going to Barcelona next month with the company because I hit 110%+ of my target, more lunches for training newbies. they are good to us. - they really celebrate the wins. - flexible working, 2 days at home, 3 days in office - we receive initiatives like finishing at 4pm every Friday from June-Aug to make the most of the summer
