Pros
The facility is in a convenient location with plenty of parking for employees.
Cons
No overtime pay and no room for advancement. The new management has completely ruined what was once a great place to work. They lack real leadership skills and operate through micromanagement, despite having little understanding of the actual job or how to set realistic expectations.
Management encourages employees to ask questions, yet later uses those very questions against them in performance reviews. Project goals are unrealistic, and recognition is often given to those who don’t deserve it, while the hardest-working employees are overlooked and humiliated. If you work hard, they will simply exploit you until your body breaks down. New hires rarely stay long, and long-term employees are left exhausted and overworked.
