Very cool technology. Most of the people that work there are very educated and intelligent, but if you are not at that level they don't make you feel stupid! Good 401k and vacation policy.
Cons
QED is a small company and much of the small company feel is there. Unfortunately, some of the big company stuff from the parent company does come through sometimes. Every once in a while that is a good thing, but mostly not!
