Pros
None that stood out during my time there.
Cons
I worked at QHT Clinic, Gurgaon, for about a month, and it was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I've had. The biggest issue is the management. The company operates more like a traditional "lala company" than a professionally managed organization. There are no clear processes, little transparency, and decisions often appear to be made on impulse rather than through proper planning. In my experience, the leadership lacks accountability. When things go wrong, responsibility is rarely accepted by management. Instead, employees are often blamed for issues that are beyond their control. This creates a stressful and demoralizing work environment. Another concern is the leadership style. It felt like management preferred employees who would simply agree with everything rather than professionals who bring ideas, ask questions, or provide constructive feedback. Independent thinking was not encouraged, and speaking up often felt unwelcome. Respect for employees was also lacking. Professional communication and mutual respect should be the foundation of any workplace, but that was not my experience here. Instead of motivating the team, frustration was often directed toward employees. Overall, I found the culture to be toxic, unstructured, and discouraging. My month here felt like a waste of time, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, professional workplace where they can learn and grow.
