Pros
This is a good incubator company for people who want to enter a field in with they have zero experience. A great way to break into a new field. Lots of super young people, either “interns” (still in college), or freshly graduated. There is lots of ethnic diversity.
Cons
They pay men at a higher rate than women. They are less likely to advance you if you are a female. There are few women there except in administrative roles. They value office politics over productivity. If you are a completely unskilled male but good at bluffing, this company may be a good incubator for you. QK does not value expertise. QK seems to favor evangelical Christians and the management team makes references to God and blessings and grace. Probably not a good fit if you are not an evangelical. Or if you are honest or have high integrity. I could not recommend this company to anyone I know, even though they pay $7K referral bonuses. The company has the highest rate of turnover I have ever seen, and produces the lowest quality work I have ever seen. It is a great safe niche for unmotivated quiet quitters.
