      Shady business practices, rampant favoritism, lack of accountability among leadership, frequent payroll issues, sexist behavior from management, no real benefits, and employee confidentiality violations.

      Pros

      The members were great for the most part. Very few poor experiences. Somewhat flexible hours. Great for college students needing some cash flow and a free membership!

      Cons

      - Poor and unprofessional management. - favoritism - lack of coaching - little to no opportunity to move up or grow. - high turn over (very few employees last a year or more) - little to no concern shown for employees - increase in pay or opportunities are emotionally based decisions by management. - poor upkeep
