Pros
A true sales position where you can change people's lives. Too many jobs in medical are solely about the company and the sales rep expanding revenue with the patients and the doctors serving as the means. QOL is the voice of many patients that have been misdiagnosed or the ones looking for a diagnosis. The hiring process is challenging but the results are justified. Having met a majority of the reps across the country, it was clear that the talent, experience and personalities blend well for a results-driven culture. I have been with a few companies in my career. QOL has been light years ahead preparing me to generate results quickly. And a lot has to do with the counterparts in the field.
Cons
Overcoming negative chatter from reps that had a bad experience at QOL. No company in growth mode is perfect, but the the representatives that aren't afraid to create their on path, build there own territory while not having everything handed to them will fit perfectly at QOL.
