      Pros

      QOMO gave me a great oppurtunity to grow as a salesperson when I lacked experience. The company is very flexible about time off and vacation as long as you communicate properly and in advance. The work environment is very quiet and relaxed.

      Cons

      There could be better communication between management and the sales reps. Oftentimes there are misunderstandings, and certain managers will be too preoccupied to answer any questions.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedules KT seems to be turning things around.

      Cons

      Communication, what communication? Chinese upper management doesn't understand spoken English, except for one. Compensation package is a joke, unless you speak Chinese. High turnover, most employees won't stay more then a year. Many H1-B "employees", who are useless relatives of investors. Many that just watch Youtube or shop online all day.
