Interesting colleagues and products, decent salary levels, good working practices, a lot of learning opportunities, flexibility for vacation timing.
Cons
Old-fashioned top management attitude for working. From some roles management demanded too much, did not support keeping work-life balance, but encouraged people to work too long hours to keep too demanding project schedules.
