      -Staff is like family -Flexible hours -Many ways to get involved (Softball team, Parties, etc.)

      -No real health benefits for the majority of the staff -Schedules change very quickly sometimes -Amount of hours available varies wildly

      Competitive pay, great bonus structure and benefits, 90% of the time there is free food and drinks.

      Pros

      QPS is flexible and understanding in the work life balance which is so important these days. Solid history of being an employer for a long time in Springfield and its nice to know that I have a way to grow globally as QPS has sites all across the globe

      Cons

      QPS in Missouri is really busy which is good for the company but keeps me moving quite quickly. However I am enjoying learning other departments roles and responsibilities as we talk quite a bit
