Pros
Starts off very promising until you quickly realize how empty the promises are.
Cons
The quality of deliverables is often deprioritized resulting in vapourware and never-ending product deadlines while leadership scrambles to pull results from thin air. Staff is often baited with promises that never eventuate from odd gifts to stock options. As a result, the turnover is high, staff who raise concerns are isolated, patronized and disempowered. Expect work conditions where you do the work, the leadership passes it off as theirs with little or no recognition of the talent that used to work for the company. The technology is interesting, but both clients and employees are expected to take their word that it works without any testing or questioning.
