      Great team, Great training, Friendly supportive low drama environment.

      Cons

      Not somewhere you want to climb. The advisor role is better money but WAY less pleaseant.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
