Pros
I’ve had a very rewarding experience working in QA while also contributing to the training team. This role has allowed me to develop valuable, transferable skills that apply across many corporate environments. I’ve learned how to effectively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds across the U.S., which has strengthened both my communication and adaptability.
Additionally, gaining exposure to different cities and perspectives has been incredibly enriching on both a professional and personal level. What truly stands out is the team culture—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely close-knit. It often feels less like a workplace and more like a family.
Cons
The fast-paced environment and high expectations can be challenging at times, but they also push you to grow quickly, build resilience, and continuously improve your skills.
