Pros
Well paid job, in nice offices in the heart of Belfast. Got to work with some great customers. Trusted to carried out work, and plan your own time. If you enjoy the isolation of contract work, but want the benefits of full time employment, its a good place to work.
Cons
The place is run as a contractor outfit. While you get the perks of being in full time employment, you are treated as a contractor, with little to no oversight. Entire time I worked there, only ever spoke to my manager twice (once when joining, and at the yearly review). Some projects have mass turnover, to the point they stopped announcing when people left the company
