Pros
Great product potential. Very friendly peers.
Cons
This company has heaps of potential, but the leadership, especially the founders, let it down big time. They don't have a crystal clear business plan, and when they do get advice from folks with experience, they just ignore it and handpick a group of people instead. The founders' management style is as weak as a wet noodle, and they always put their own egos and ideas first, even if they're not backed by actual data. Adding on, the founders in this company have a weird thing for challenges, but they don't handle losing very well. It's like they want us to bring new ideas to the table, but if it means admitting they're wrong or stepping back, they just can't do it. This leads to a toxic culture where people are scared to speak up or offer different opinions. It's like a never-ending cycle of ego-stroking and power trips. They came up with these core values, but honestly, they don't follow them like they worth anything. The 'Team Qashier' core value is a prime example--it's a load of rubbish because the two big bosses are too busy playing favorites and overlooking the fact that some employees have way more talent and loyalty than others.
