Pros
Some great benefits including tax free salary, flight benefits for self, family, other dependents and friends as well. Voted the best airline in the world multiple times. Fully fledged mature airline with complex functions and network. Great place to gain knowledge and meet multi nationals.
Cons
Growth within the company can be difficult. While salary levels can be decent, cost of living in Doha can be high. No remote work policy as well. Work, life balance might be a challenge at times. Bureaucracy and silos can also be a hurdle in general.
