Pros
I have worked at QbDVision for close to three years and the biggest pro of working here are my coworkers (no, seriously). The team is full of smart, motivated people who are genuinely committed to helping each other succeed. It’s rewarding to work alongside colleagues who care about their work and the impact we’re making on the industry.
The culture here is supportive and teamwork-driven. Even though it's a remote-first company, it’s easy to stay connected because everyone is focused on shared values and long-term goals. Working here gives you the opportunity to go to conferences and offsites—they’re fun, well-organized, and a great way to connect with leadership on a personal level.
The company also offers stipends, learning opportunities, and benefits outside of work which have been helpful. Overall, I feel like my work is valued, my voice is heard, and my contributions matter.
Cons
It's a growing startup, so there are growing pains. There aren't a ton procedures or documentation, etc. But this is kind of a blessing sometimes, so, I don't know. Maybe it's a pro if you're cool like that.
