Good salaries for new employees. Some great people and some brilliant engineers. Good career opportunities and a place to learn and grow. Technically enjoyable and challenging tasks. Flexible working hours and remote work options.

Low salaries for current employees, not fair at all. Arbitrary seniority levels and bonuses, not fair at all. Corporate bureaucracy with an unprofessional startup mindset. Some managers are disrespectful, and some are simply not skilled enough. Managers are very good at blaming each other for problems, while the real issue is obvious: too many projects and too few people to do the work. Communication between project managers is horrible. Management (tech, project, etc.) does not understand innovation, software development, or R&D. Some people work extremely hard while others do nothing all day, yet everyone gets the same bonus in the end. Poor quality standards and constant pressure on engineers. The lack of skills and leadership from team leads, project/product managers, Heads of departments, and C-level management forces engineers to manage projects by themselves. Toxic environment Bad HR (even no HR) Many people are leaving.

It's going to a direction which it doesn't have pros anymore.

Increasingly corporate politics. Disrespect between colleagues becoming normal and accepted. High pressure to deliver products which leads to very low quality standards. Very immature management.
