Pros
Can get involved in all aspects of the company like marketing, sales, etc. Input can matter when upgrading the software. Majority of the people are nice. Work life balance is good.
Cons
I will start with the big con and the reason I am giving 2 stars: at the beginning of the pandemic when the stay at home order was announced, the CEO decided that the team needed to stay in the office and only sent two others to work remotely. Soon after, everyone in the office got COVID. Thankfully everyone is okay now but it was a pointless decision from a CEO who does not value the health of their employees. Keep this in mind if you are concerned about COVID. CEO is difficult to work with and bad with people. Pay and benefits are the bare minimum. It’s too bad because everyone else is nice. Takes some time to get to know the industry. Growth ceiling is very low since the company is so small. I would get entry level experience here for a bit then move on.
