Cons
Mid level management is clueless as to how many projects are coming and going. They don't care if the employees go on bench and fire you after 2 months saying there is no project. HR & RMG is clueless as to what reason to give to people to layoff. The haven't even made me permanent after 8 months and are now asking me to leave saying there is no other project available for your skillset. You will be taking a flight risk by joining this company. My profile and skillset is totally ruined as they do not have enough projects to allot and are always on a hiring spree.
