      Worst micro managing Couldn’t figure out that paying the sales team on Saas was a bad idea bc 1/2 the sales team didn’t have a saas product to sell

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
