Everything started going downhill when Talend was acquired. It felt like Talend acquired Qlik and not the other way round. Managerial roles were given to Talend staff, the culture and way of working shifted a lot for the worse. It got even worse when new senior management came to town, the original Qlik values disappeared, the flexibility got very limited, the workload skyrocketed, it became unbearable to work there. People started disengaging and leaving, everybody sees it, everybody knows what is happening but nobody cares.
