My experience at Qmarkets has been the worst in my entire career. It was my first job after finishing my studies, and aside from racism based on ethnicity and gender, and management that ignores bullying, I didn't gain anything from this place. - There was a clear preference for people of a certain background, regardless of their contribution or professional level. Fortunately, since then, I've moved on to other companies and learned that it's not like this across the industry.
