      Pros

      4-10’s or every other Friday off depending on position.

      Cons

      Always changing directions, start on one direction full steam ahead, wait for that to change in a week, then change back, then change again but 99% different. Fast forward 6months, nothing to show for it except wasted time and lost moral. Double standards for “chosen” people. No real growth.

      -Stable hours that don't change much, with options for OT -Great pay -Great benefits

      Cons

      -sometimes part shortages, pushing back production but that's a "good problem", meaning demand is high and the work is there.

      Indoor work, Cool Products and pizza for every team meeting.

      Cons

      Pizza for every team meeting or town hall meeting. Low pay rates, They want more and more work but dont feel like anyone is good enough to pay what they are worth.
