Pros

Manager Flexible work hours Other sales members

Cons

The company itself isn’t performing. Nothing works and heavily rely on your analyst. They won’t fully train AE’s on software solutions. analysts or at least mine was absolutely terrible. She would continue to overpromise and under deliver on almost every call. Investments into parcel lockers and softwares are not panning out. If you look at financials, they continue to refinance their debt, which in most situations is never good. They recently bought out their competition in parcel lockers but will have to take on their customer agreements. There’s a reason why the lost the initial opportunity. As Amazon is offering subscription lockers while Quadient requires the customer to purchase and still have high monthly costs. The company will continue to reorganize until it finds its path. For the most part, it’s an old communication company that relied on physical sales. This has to drastically change, but with current management and solutions it can’t.

Pros

Hard to think of many pros lately. Up until recently, it always felt like the company was pushing in the right direction, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

Cons

Key leadership recently left the company. It feels like the company is headed in the wrong direction. Recent investments in technology are hurting more then they are helping, and the areas that really need investment keep getting ignored. None of the internal systems work well together and the company wide initiatives that have been years in the making keep falling short in improving things. Honestly, it just feels like a mess lately. OTHER CONS: ---------------- CAR ALLOWANCE FOR SALES: It's essential for sales to drive, and the car allowance provided is the worst I've ever seen. Less than half of any similar role at another company. The company requires high insurance coverage, and even with a perfect driving record and an average car, the allowance barely even covers the insurance premium. You will lose money with every mile you have to drive. HEALTH BENEFITS: Expensive plans, and they cover pretty much nothing. I know benefits are declining nationwide, but the plans offered by the company are worse than most other similar roles.
