Base salary is terrible, unless your a high school grad. Pie in the sky opportunity of things that can happen for you, won't. Territories are already cherry picked by senior reps who know the industry. You're left to go find the scraps. Most reps last a year before they jump ship or get let go because the quota is unattainable off of the limited number of accounts you get, and the scraps you need to find to get there. Hiring manager is a good salesmen during the hiring process, and very convincing that you can do well. Run, don't walk from this opportunity. I wish a post like this was up before I signed up.
