Pros
Plenty of training and support for each role at Neopost. Easily accessible Management Team when needed Great support structure for all roles and great at communicating everything that is needed from each employee The MD is top draw and has time for all his employees regardless of who they are.
Cons
Forecasting sales on a weekly basis is too much when expected to sell large solutions. I feel the commission structure was a little light on % but it improved in the eight years I worked there.
