Pros
Nothing great except a reason that you wont be sacked or layed off, coz 60% of people working here are in the same company for a minimum of 6~7 years
Cons
Company is still going through the pain of transforming its business model. It's salary date is a big backdrop, where you get paid on 7th of every month. 75% employees do speak only tamil (local language), They only have that corporate feeling in words not in the company, HR people with no experience in HR field. Where the top management heads all this. The top management is the same from past 7 years.
