Pays for Reviews - Recruiter Quadrant Employee Review

I do not like to respond to reviews like this one or the last one written by this person a month ago. I will respond because this review contains numerous false statements related to our company. Once the information is published objecting or responding does little to mitigate the false information. This is supposed to be a business forum so I will only respond to the false statements related to business: 1.Quadrant is a very diverse environment, we submit EEO1 report each year which we are open to share. 2. Quadrant has never had a complaint of sexual harassment and or sexual assault. 3. Quadrant offers 4 weeks paid leave per year to our internal staff in addition to 13-18 paid holidays. 4. Quadrant has followed all CDC and OSHA guidelines related to Covid 19 We do have a written policy that we ask internal employees to sign, related to their obligations to keep co-workers safe and Quadrant's obligations for the same. 5 Quadrant does not' rob' our clients or our contractors, our markups are consistent with industry standards. 6. Quadrant does not and never has paid for a review. We bonus our recruiters when they receive good reviews from their contractors or applicants. 7. We offer 3 health insurance plans through BC/BS Anthem, it is widely considered to be premium health insurance. 8. Our pay plans for internal staff far exceed industry standards. We are a sales environment many of our staff have been here for greater than 10 years and enjoy working here as is stated in numerous reviews. Our work hours are not long but we are focused and expect that from staff. We are typically amongst 3 largest contract staffing firms in our area. That status takes hard work to maintain. We are not for every person and not every person is for us. I want you to know that I find something to respect about everyone I work with. I understand that is not always reciprocated. This is a large company. It is bigger than me or any single individual. I regret that your experience was so negative. I certainly hope you find a better fit in the future.
