Thank you for the comments. Unclear about your comment about a "Pyramid Scheme" as there is no upline or downline. Our hourly model is simple and clear for our clients, as is our team member compensation model. I do agree improvements could and should be made to additional compensation opportunities in terms of bonuses for non-sales members.
Like all organization, any terminations are based on performance and return on investment. If the cost of the team member exceeds the value of the team member, there may be a change. We are proud of the fact that we have many 20 year team members.
Thank you for bringing to our attention your perspective of "Management pulling aside employees to threaten them". This the first time I have heard of that and will follow up to determine if this is in fact accurate.
