Pros

Some remnants of better times are still around: unlimited PTO, good pay, flexible async remote culture, some good people.

Cons

Slowly sinking ship. Endless cavalcade of consultants, fractional 'leaders', wannabe gurus and revolving-door C-suite execs, all trying to turn things around but only succeeding in driving out the people who actually know what they're doing. Sad to see.

Pros

Great Leadership: My manager is the perfect coach/player - empowering yet hands-on when needed. This leadership style has been instrumental in my professional growth. Great Team Collaboration: Exceptional team spirit and collaboration. Everyone is supportive, willing to help, and celebrates wins together. It's the kind of environment that brings out the best in everyone. Meaningful Work: The work is both interesting and rewarding - you can clearly see your impact on the organization and employees. There's real satisfaction in knowing your contributions matter. Remote Culture Done Right: Despite being fully remote, I've never felt more connected to colleagues. The company has created systems that foster genuine connection - more than I experienced in previous in-office roles. Competitive Package: Great salary and comprehensive benefits. The unlimited PTO is genuinely encouraged and respected, showing the company's trust in employees and commitment to work-life balance.

Cons

Fast-Paced with Tight Deadlines: Can get very busy with short deadlines during peak periods. However, the supportive team and strong leadership help manage these challenging times effectively.

Pros

Talented individuals make up the majority of the teams at Qualio. Smart, dedicated middle management. Teammates that care. A cool product launch is on the way. Flexible PTO. Frequent promotions are shared at All Hands quarterly.

Cons

Senior leadership has some things to figure out. It doesn't seem like they have figured out a way to be a cohesive team that agrees on much.
