Pros
Work is abundant, there is no shortage of product to run or package.
Cons
Too many to cover them all, here are a few: A total lack of organization makes it look like this company is often chasing it's tail. Cleaning a room only to be told that the room clean wasn't needed and the same product will be put back in the room is just one example, Another issue is a total lack of infrastructure makes it impossible to achieve anything, the classic too many chiefs and not enough Indians syndrome is often what holds things up for days there. There is also a complete lack of competence at the executive level of management. The executive leadership actually believes they know what the heck they are talking about when they are, in all reality, some of the most clueless people in the organization. Until there is a complete shakedown of the UPPER management, things will not change here. Lastly, although not really lastly, there are a bunch of other points I could bring to light here but will not as after a while it seems redundant, everything done at the Charlotte site is done via paper. Their testing relies on an under-qualified, under-trained workforce. It isn't their fault the company simply doesn't believe in investing the money in training. If a test is incorrect it is often misrepresented in the batch records. It is a paper driven company with results that may, or may not be accurate. I would not recommend ANYONE to take this companies drugs!
