Pros
CEO gets to know individuals and treats them like human beings. The pay for me is pretty good. The pay makes it difficult for me to change jobs just cause I have to take a pay cut to move laterally. CEO knows you will leave her some day, but she hopes that it will be something you want to do instead of have to do.
Cons
Its a real small company, there aren't many "nice things" that you will get. Like the office furniture is from the 80s, but it doesn't matter because you'll be at the client site most of the time. It's contract work so it's not very stable, but that doesn't affect you financially...just you never know what your commute and work/life balance will be between projects. Training is minimal. There are a lot of experts around so learning is kind on you to ask questions and think through your problems. If you don't have a "figure it out" kind of mentality and are willing to ask colleagues questions, then you may face many challenges working here.
