Great company surround with great people. Management is very friendly, helpful and easy going. People who works there, really work from heart and don't want to leave the company at all. I would definately recommend QTS to anyone.
Cons
I was there very short period of time and had to leave because of family issues. To be honest, I did not find any cons. I used to work for Global Multinational Company before but I found QTS was amazing.
In business for over 23 years and has survived the ups and downs of industry change, economic turmoil and industry upheaval. Good processes and policies in place to ensure stability and repetition of quality delivery. Very customer focused.
Cons
Tend to take employees for granted, as a means to an end. Very tight budgets, very little opportunity for training (unless it's free).
