      Pros

      - fast paced environment - heaps of options for personal development if results are good - you may qualify to get a lot of responsibility after relatively short time period - best product on the market with regard to table- and reservation management

      Cons

      The old commission model was a bit confusing. With the beginning of the year this was changed and now the model is far more comprehensible.
