They pay well. Immediate leadership is fantastic. It's a typical contractor for the Federal Government.

I'll be sad when our contract ends. I've worked for many, and this is one of the best.

The work is really exciting, but when my 8 hours are up I get to go home to my family, which is also exciting. QuantiTech has a great company culture that supports family and doesn't expect anyone to put in more than their 40 hours. The people I work with are uplifting and smart. I didn't know a dream job existed for me until I came here. The benefits are really good - the 401k is higher than any I've ever heard of.

Some employees support testing which can happen any hour of the day or any day of the week. Just make sure that if you are going to support testing that you are flexible and willing to do occasional shift work and/or overtime.
