Pros
The company has a very diverse group of employees which represent a change to find and befriend really cool people.
Cons
1. The 'flexibility' term is used only before the official onboarding. 2. It is not important for what schedule you sign up for, you will be moved from one project to another which means your work schedule will change almost weekly (you may work one week from 6am to 14pm and the other from 14pm to 11pm or from 6pm to 3am depending how to management if feeling about the situation that time), 3. Don't expect salary raises if you're 'only' doing a good job (an 'Exceed expectation' result at the periodical 6 months evaluation, without a role raise, means on average approximately 50 lei net raise). 4. The company doesn't care about your personal life. 5. The management seems overwhelmed and underprepared (wannabe professionals). 6. The company makes spontaneous and sometimes contradictories short term decisions that significantly impact the employees work-life balance. 7. The company is unilaterally making a lot of amendments to the originally sign work contract due to the fact that the contract is made so it can be flexible on the employer side. 8. It is expected of you to put in 200% on a daily basis so the clients would not figure it out that the project is running at 50-60% manpower from what they payed (all this without any extra compensation obviously).
