Can take vacations easily without any push back while remaining people are suffered from over work.
Cons
1. Management doesn't take care of employees but just shareholders and investors.
2. Keep cutting head counts for years and never back fill the resources.
3. More work with less people - Work load and responsibilty is huge,
4. No salary increase for years, just surface title change only.
5. Sales always over commit to the clients and never be able to deliver on committed timeline.
6. Poor product quality due to no resource for QA/Testing.
7. Almost everyone in the company is working on trouble shooting and fire distinguishing every day on top of running various projects.
