Pros
The Company over all is great, Good benefits, 401K, PTO and Holidays off. Most of the people who work here are friendly and work hard for the better of the company. I think great things are to come for us all. Monty is a wonderful Man who truly cares but I believe sometimes he puts to much trust in the wrong people who are two face snakes.
Cons
Some of the people that are on salary shouldn't be and they take advantage of the company by coming in late, leaving early and not doing much of anything all day. The company would be better off without them it's a waste of payroll.
