Pros

The actual work portfolio and projects you can get (although it varies team to team) are cutting-edge and industry-leading.

Cons

HR policies and protocols do not help in your career growth at all. Not that great for early-stage career professionals since you can be stuck with their restrictive bonus policies at different stages. The working hours can get blurred throughout the day, but it's a matter of navigating it efficiently.
