Company Review - Internship Experience Key Issues Experienced: 1. Poor Work-Life Balance No work-life balance whatsoever. Expected to work 10-11 hours daily for only 8k stipend, which is extremely demanding given the compensation. 2. Misleading Promises About Compensation They make false promises about increasing the stipend after 4 months based on performance. However, this appears to be standard rhetoric given to all interns. When the time comes, they simply demand longer working hours instead of increasing pay. With 8k stipend, I was already working 10+ hours daily. 3. Excessive Administrative Tools The company uses multiple management tools that are poorly implemented. Nearly half of my productive time was spent updating work status across 2 different applications, which significantly hampered actual work output. 4. Redundant Status Meetings Required to attend 3 meetings per day solely for work status updates, despite already maintaining status in multiple apps. This creates unnecessary redundancy and wastes valuable time. 5. Unrealistic Project Load As an intern, I was assigned to 2-3 different projects simultaneously, making it difficult to focus and deliver quality work on any single project.
