      Pros

      The children are amazing and have made working the best part. Coworkers are great and support one another when admin didn't.

      Cons

      Work environment wasn’t great, admin lacked communication with their staff, a lot of gaslighting, lacks diversity, related service to assistant clinicians are overworked and underpaid.

      There’s not much that’s beneficial here tbh

      Cons

      No ways to grow, hard to get a pay raise, no sick days, don’t get winter/spring break off, manage cares only about what brings in money
