Pros
I've worked a few other places, so I can say the people here make the place so much better. They actually care about each other and it's great to get support. There is room to grow too. They've been investing in learning and growth, which is a nice benefit.
Cons
It's a development agency, so you don't always get to do work that aligns with what you want to do.
