It’s always difficult starting a new job: you’re constantly wondering if you’ve made the right choice while comparing everything to your previous employer. I was extremely apprehensive joining Quantum Networks (and switching careers), but those nerves and doubts quickly faded. It was from the very beginning that everyone made me feel like I have been working at the company for months. In particular, management made a considerable effort to get to know me, make sure I was comfortable and getting everything I needed, and above all else, that I was happy. Working at Quantum means being part of a small, smart, and nimble team, and having an immediate impact on a growing company; where everyone’s - interns and managers alike - ideas, suggestions, and most importantly concerns, are heard. Everyone really has a “we are all in this together” mindset and a “no task is beneath me” attitude. This team quickly becomes your family, inside and outside of the office, an indispensable company culture I have yet to hear about from the companies my friends work at.

Quantum will support you with all of the resources you need in order for you to become an expert in your field, taking ownership & leadership in your work. In return, you will be pushed and challenged every single day, and expected to give your all. This company is extremely goal-oriented, super driven, setting the bar very high.
